TEST TAKING STRATEGIES

• Get a good nights sleep the night before a test.

• Eat a good breakfast.

• Manage your time wisely.  Go through the test twice.  First time answer all the questions you know.  Then go back through and work on the ones you don't know.

• For Multiple choice questions, try to answer the question in your mind before looking at your choices.

• Be Careful when you do skip a question.  Mark it and return to it after you have answered all the easy questions.

• Make helpful marks in the test booklet.

• Review your work before turning in your test.
